In 1956 Roy Prock and his brother formed Prock Drywall in Indianapolis. In 1961, recognizing the need for housing, they established Cloverleaf Development Company to develop single-family subdivisions and apartment communities.Dominion Realty, Inc. was developed in 1977 to serve as the managing agent for Cloverleaf Properties, Inc., the Construction Division.

Today, Dominion has expertise in managing a wide variety of properties ranging from conventionally financed to government insured multifamily housing and commercial/industrial office and warehouse space. Family founded and family operated for the last 60 years, Dominion Realty, Inc. offers a total management approach through centralization of all financial control and property management functions paired with dedication to ongoing staff training.
