HistoryIn 1956, Roy Prock and his brother founded Prock Drywall in Indianapolis. Recognizing the growing need for quality housing, they went on to establish Cloverleaf Development Company in 1961, focusing on the development of single-family subdivisions and apartment communities. In 1977, Dominion Realty, Inc. was formed to serve as the managing agent for Cloverleaf Properties, Inc. and its Construction Division.
